We collect only what we need to run the auction. No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling of data.

Who is responsible

Liveupx Private Limited (India) runs this Site and is responsible for your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Public sponsor details you choose to publish: brand name, logo, tagline and website link. These are shown to everyone on the Site and used in the drive's streams and posts.
• Payment details: collected and processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing address, the amount and a payment reference, and any tax ID you enter. We never receive your full card number.
• Basic usage counts: page views, how long each spot on the 3D car is visible, and clicks on spots, stored as totals. A random ID is generated in your browser for the "people here now" counter and is not linked to you.
• Technical data: your IP address is held briefly in memory to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and is not stored in our database. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for a short period.

Cookies

We don't use cookies or third-party analytics on this Site. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud; see Stripe's privacy policy.

Why we use it

• To run the auction, take payments, issue refunds and send receipts and invoices.
• To contact Winning Sponsors about wrap files and the drive.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud.
• To keep accounting and tax records as Indian law requires.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments, receipts, invoices).
• Our hosting provider (runs the server that stores the auction data).
• The wrap printer, who receives Winning Sponsors' logos only.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Auction data is kept until the campaign ends and the final reports are sent, then archived for as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically 8 years for financial records). Public sponsor details stay in archived videos and posts about the drive.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days. Some data (payment records) must be kept for legal reasons. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
