Refund Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
If someone outbids you, your money comes back in full, automatically. You don't need to ask.
You get a full refund when
- You are outbid. The moment another sponsor pays for your spot, we issue a refund of 100% of your payment to the same card. No deductions.
- You lose a simultaneous payment. If another sponsor's payment for the same spot and price was confirmed first, your payment is refunded in full automatically.
- Your payment arrives for an outdated price or after bidding has closed. Refunded in full automatically.
- We reject your logo under our content rules (see the Terms, section 6).
- The drive is cancelled before flag-off and not rescheduled within 30 days. Every Winning Sponsor is refunded in full.
No refund when
- You hold a spot at the Deadline (14 Oct 2026, 23:59 IST): your logo is printed and the spot is final.
- Dates, route, overnight stops or stream times change, or the drive is shortened for safety, weather, roads or other reasons outside our control.
- You simply change your mind while still holding the spot. (Being outbid is the only way to release a spot before the Deadline.)
How long it takes
We send refunds through Stripe immediately. Your bank decides when the money shows on your statement, usually 5–10 business days. Stripe emails you a refund confirmation. Currency conversion differences and fees charged by your own bank are outside our control.
Questions
