Terms of Sponsorship

In short: you pay the current price to hold a wrap spot. If someone outbids you before bidding closes, you get a full refund automatically. Whoever holds a spot at 14 Oct 2026, 23:59 IST gets their logo wrapped on the car for the 16-day drive.

1. Who we are

Sponsor My Car (the "Site") is run by Liveupx Private Limited, a company registered in India ("Liveupx", "we", "us"). The drive is undertaken by Mohit Chaprana. By placing a bid you ("Sponsor") agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the brand you represent, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The auction

• There are 13 wrap spots on the car. Each spot shows a current price. Paying that price makes you the holder of the spot and raises the price for the next bidder by the fixed step shown on the Site.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are set by our server at the moment you start checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees; those are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
• Bidding closes on 14 October 2026 at 23:59 IST ("Deadline"). The holder of each spot at the Deadline is the "Winning Sponsor" for that spot.
• If two payments for the same spot at the same price arrive at the same time, the first payment confirmed by our payment provider wins. The other payment is refunded in full automatically.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A Stripe receipt is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Business sponsors can enter their tax ID (for example a GSTIN) at checkout; it appears on the invoice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: full refund if you are outbid, if you lose a simultaneous-payment race, if we reject your logo, or if the drive is cancelled.

5. Your logo and content

• You upload a logo, brand name, tagline and website link. They appear publicly on the Site as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• You confirm you own or are licensed to use this content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
• You grant Liveupx and Mohit Chaprana a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, print and reproduce your logo and brand name on the Site, on the physical car wrap, in the live streams, recordings, clips, thumbnails and social posts about the drive, and in reports to sponsors, for the duration of the campaign and in archived content afterwards.
• Winning Sponsors will be asked for a print-ready vector file after the Deadline. If we cannot get a usable file in time for wrap day (15 Oct 2026), we print the best version available.

6. Content we don't accept

We review every logo before printing and may hide or reject content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that promotes tobacco, alcohol, betting, gambling, weapons, or any product or service that cannot be lawfully advertised in India, or that could put the driver or the drive at risk. Rejected spots are refunded in full and reopened.

7. What you get

Each Winning Sponsor gets: a professional vinyl print of their logo on the spot they won, applied on or around 15 October 2026; presence on the car during the drive planned for 16–31 October 2026 (Noida → Kanyakumari → Kashmir); mentions on the live stream; and a wrap-day photo set and final reach report.

8. Estimates and changes

• Audience, impression and reach figures on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.
• Routes, dates, overnight stops and stream schedules may change because of weather, road conditions, safety, permits, connectivity or other events outside our control. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, unless the drive is cancelled as described in the Refund Policy.
• Vinyl wraps can be damaged by weather, road debris or washing. We will make reasonable efforts to repair visible damage but do not guarantee the wrap's condition for the entire drive.
• Stream quality depends on mobile networks across India; gaps in the live stream are expected in remote areas.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liveupx's total liability to you for anything related to the Site or your sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for your spot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of business opportunity.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please email us first; we resolve most issues within a few days. If a card dispute is raised for a spot you still hold, we may remove your logo from the Site and the car while the dispute is open.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Liveupx Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
